chore(release): 0.70.0 — E4 Frontend Platform (bookmarkable URLs + touch a11y)
Bump VERSION to 0.70.0 and add the user-facing release-notes entry for the E4 Frontend Platform epic: full bookmarkable/shareable address-bar URLs (retiring the "Share view" button), touch-visible card action buttons with a shape (not colour-only) watched marker, and the bookmark-page-closes-on-modal-close fix — over a large internal front-end refactor (god-component splits, usePref, useUrlMirror, FilterRail, Modal focus). No DB migration.

summary:

"The address bar now shows a real link for what you're viewing, so you can bookmark or share a channel, a Plex title, a playlist, or a filtered feed — and card buttons work on touch screens.",
features: [
"You can now bookmark or share the exact view you're on. The address bar reflects the open channel page, a Plex movie/show, a selected playlist, or the feed with its filters applied, so copying the link reproduces that view for you or anyone you send it to. This replaces the old “Share view” button, which is no longer needed. (The browser tab keeps showing the short page name.)",

fixes: [
"On touch screens the buttons on a video or Plex card — mark watched, save, add to playlist, info — are now always visible and tappable, instead of only appearing on mouse hover. Watched items also show a filled check, not colour alone, so the state is clear without relying on colour.",
"Opening and closing a dialog no longer closes a channel or Plex page you reached from a bookmarked or shared link.",
],
chores: [
"A large internal front-end refactor with no behaviour change: several oversized screens (the Plex browser, the video player, the downloads page) were split into focused files; account preferences and the address-bar handling were folded into single reusable hooks; the three filter sidebars now share one shell; and the pop-up dialogs gained proper keyboard focus handling. Covered by the existing tests plus two review passes — a standard review and a multi-agent deep review.",
