chore(release): 0.72.0 — Plex browsing overhaul + editable Collection page

Plex filter-bar overhaul, in-header Discover/Browse + Playlist/Collection
modes, filter-aware Discover rails, poster-collage tiles, Recently-watched
rail, capped unseen Surprise, saved views on Plex, per-page scroll memory, and
a full Collection info page with write-through Plex editing (create/rename/
add/remove/delete). Migration 0073 (saved_views.source). Two deep-review rounds.
