chore: 0.88.0 release notes
E22 (activity trail): a consented, self-expiring diagnostics level with the user's own log visible before anything is sent, last sign-in, bilingual privacy policy and terms, an admin diagnostics section, and pickers for every closed-set setting. Plus what the epic's measurements turned up on the way: doubled chat delivery, Settings on a phone, locale-ignoring dates and numbers, and the feed poll narrowed to followed channels.
