Completes the two-way Plex ↔ Siftlode watch-state sync: Phase B (Siftlode→Plex push, immediate)
and Phase C (incremental history/on-deck pull + daily full reconcile incl. un-watch). Also the
auto-advance watched-mark id-race fix.
