peter cc1f196a2c fix(build): drop the unused readMerged export so the publish gate passes ...

knip flagged src/lib/storage.ts readMerged as an unused export — its only
caller is readAccountMerged in the same module, so it doesn't need to be
exported. This aborted the 0.72.0 publish gate after the merge; no behaviour
change.
