peter 5a26499f1d refactor(header): R10 S3c — SyncStatus adopts the shared header-pill shell ...

The header row's three pills now share one shell: SyncStatus was glass/rounded-xl while
ModuleName and SearchBar were glass-menu/rounded-2xl/h-11. Aligned it (glass-menu, rounded-2xl,
h-11) so the pill row reads as one system, per user call.
