chore(release): 0.69.1 — feed read-ahead, download thumbnails, About popover

Three prod bug fixes: local-poster-primary Library thumbnails, viewport-scaled
feed read-ahead (fixes the fast-scroll "Load more" stall), and the channel About
popover fitting/blank-line cleanup.
