peter f3c0b7be23 feat(e24): the Home surface — one question, one answer, both sources
E24 S2. A new `home` module in layout C+ (the mockup the owner picked): the
time-budget chips on top, one large hero that answers them, then the comfort
shelf and a cross-source resume rail. Home is the landing — deliberately OVER
the remembered last module, since landing on whatever you happened to close the
app on is the habit this epic exists to replace; `LS.startOnHome = "0"` opts an
account back out (Settings toggle lands in S4).

No third card component: each unified card carries the native feed / Plex
payload, so the rails render through the existing VideoCard (`cardsSmall`) and
PlexPosterCard, and `aspect` decides the tile shape without branching on source.
Plex playback hands off to the Plex module via a new `jumpTo` type — the player
lives there with its lazy hls.js and its provider tree, and mounting a second one
on the landing page to save one hand-off would be the expensive way round.

Four defects found by driving it in a real browser against the live account, each
now pinned by a mutation-checked test:

- **The reroll gave the same card back.** A new seed only re-draws the SURPRISE
tier; the resume tier deterministically returns the most recently progressed
thing that fits, so anyone with something half-finished pressed a dead button.
`/pick` now takes an `exclude` list of `<source>:<id>` keys and the client keeps
a rolling window of 8. Excluding a SHOW also excludes the episode it resolves
to — otherwise the same suggestion comes back wearing a hat.
- **"Nothing to suggest yet" flashed over a full library** whenever a reroll was
in flight: the new query key has no data for a beat. An empty state standing in
for a loading one is the dishonesty the house rules name outright. The hero now
falls back to the loaded payload while a pick is pending, and only trusts a null
  once the pick has RESOLVED.
- **A budget change replaced the page — chips included — with a spinner**, so the
control you just clicked vanished under your cursor. `keepPreviousData`, the
same reason the feed uses it.
- **The hero printed twice**, once as itself and once as the first resume tile.

Two smaller UI calls made from the same session: the budget caption sits NEXT to
its chips rather than in SegmentedToggle's justify-between mode, which on an 80rem
page throws the answers to the far edge; and the feed takes the YouTube mark its
own toolbar already uses, since Home now owns the house icon.

Gate green: ruff, ruff format, 3x tsc, eslint, prettier, knip, vitest 780,
pytest 989. Verified end to end on localdev against the real account: budget
chips re-answer (matched on REMAINING time — a 51-minute video with 2:46 left is
a ten-minute answer), the reroll walks three distinct heroes, and a Plex show
tile opens its drill-down in the Plex module.

peter c3820a0b44 refactor(header): remove the ModuleName module-switcher pill
The user no longer wants the header's "FEED" pill (module label + accent dot + ◀/▶ module-step
arrows). Drop it everywhere — the header now starts with the module's SearchBar; module switching
stays on the nav rail.

Deletes ModuleName.tsx, the now-unused stepModule() in lib/modules, and the Header's
module-order/label/setPage plumbing that only fed it.

peter 2d4ecdb6c5 refactor(api): honest FeedResponse; derive pageTitleKey from the registry (R7 S3a·2-3)
- FeedResponse claimed a required `limit`, but /api/search/youtube never
returns it (only /api/feed does) and nothing in the app reads it. Drop the
field so searchYoutube's Promise<FeedResponse> stops lying; documented for
  re-add if a consumer appears.
- pageMeta's hand-written 13-case Page->title switch now derives from the
ModuleDef registry via a new optional `titleKey` (the longer tab title, e.g.
"Channel manager"; falls back to the short nav labelKey). A new page is one
touch (add it to MODULES) instead of also editing a switch. A test pins all
13 title keys byte-identical to the old switch (suite 74).

peter e006cc879f refactor(frontend): satisfy noUncheckedIndexedAccess (S3b)
Enable noUncheckedIndexedAccess and fix all 98 call sites it surfaced across 18
files. Every fix is behaviour-preserving — the flag flagged reads TypeScript
couldn't prove in-bounds, all of which were already guarded by a length/index check,
a findIndex result, or a non-empty invariant:

- read-once so a ternary's narrowing sticks (Feed overrides, linkify mention);
- non-null assertion AFTER an existing guard (PlayerModal/VideoEditor queue+cut-list
  indexing, modules step, useUndoable stacks) with a comment stating the invariant;
- nullish fallback where undefined is a real possibility (GlassTuner slider ?? def,
  ConfigPanel active group ?? [], descriptionLinks id ?? null);
- optional chaining where the entry genuinely can be absent (PlexBrowse IO entry);
- a non-empty tuple type for the RELATIVE_UNITS constant (encodes "always has [0]").

The single highest-leverage fix: PlayerModal's `active` became `queue?.[index] ??
video` (always Video), clearing 34 of the 45 errors in that file at once. Verified:
tsc/eslint/prettier clean, 56 vitest + 34 pytest + 17/17 e2e green (the e2e suite
exercises the feed/player/channel components touched here).

peter e257e2aca0 style(frontend): Prettier config + one-time repo-wide format pass
Prettier 3 (pinned), printWidth 100, double quotes — chosen to match the existing
hand-formatting and minimise reflow. This commit is ONLY the mechanical format pass
(`prettier --write`) plus the config/ignore/scripts, isolated so it never pollutes a
feature diff. Verified behaviour-neutral: typecheck, eslint (0 errors), and vitest
all green before and after. See .git-blame-ignore-revs — `git blame` skips this sha.

peter d33a838462 docs(modules): note the registry is the checklist for new pages
Review follow-up: the ordered MODULES array can't double as a compiler-
enforced exhaustive Page map, so document that adding a Page means adding it
here (an unregistered Page returns undefined from moduleDef/moduleLabelKey and
throws in NavSidebar). No behavior change. (Platform S6b.2)

peter f4a68575c5 refactor(modules): consolidate nav into a module registry
Extend lib/modules.ts into an ordered ModuleDef registry (id/label/icon/
system/badge/gate) as the single source for the nav rail and the header
stepper. Absorb NavSidebar's per-page ICON map; derive moduleOrder /
moduleLabelKey / SYSTEM_PAGES from the one array. Render still on the App
ternary — this is the scaffold S6b.3 will drive from. (Platform S6b.1)

peter d159f35f31 feat(header): floating module header with cyclic nav and shared search
Replace the full-width top bar with a fixed floating header of glass pills: a
fixed-position ModuleName (accent dot + label + prev/next cyclic module stepper)
and a shared SearchBar. The header's left edge is anchored as if the nav rail
and filter sidebar were both open, so it never shifts on collapse or module
change; the right edge leaves a 10% margin.

- ModuleName label width is measured live from the reachable modules' titles in
the current language, recomputing on a language or account change.
- Module names come from a shared moduleLabelKey (the same short labels as the
nav rail); NavSidebar and the header now read from one source (lib/modules.ts).
- The arrows step cyclically through moduleOrder(me) — dynamic, no hard-coded
  targets, wrapping at both ends.
- Search is hoisted into the SearchBar for feed (YouTube search), plex, channels
(including the Discovery tab) and playlists (new); Go button, Enter triggers it.
- The Playlists left rail now reaches the top; header clearance via --hdr-h.
