peter 55cbbfb6e4 fix(channels): the Length column shows the sum alone
The "+N without length" line did not fit the 4.5 rem column (88 px of
text in a 56 px cell) and spilled into Tags. The owner wants no such
line there: the cell shows the summed hours, and the channel list no
longer sends a count nothing reads. A playlist's total keeps it.

peter 25aed6635f perf(feed): a shuffle walks a stored random key instead of sorting the whole scope
Every video carries a random number drawn once (videos.shuffle_key, migration 0118, indexed with
id). A seed picks a point on that ring: the feed's Shuffle sort pages along it and wraps, and the
Home surprise reads a 500-video window of it and shuffles that window by the seed, so no video is
favoured for sitting after a wide gap. The md5(id || seed) order read and sorted the whole feed
scope on every call: ~350 ms on prod per surprise, 381-767 ms per Shuffle page on localdev, now
14 ms and 4 ms.

peter 5b846136ad fix(catalog): a 24/7 stream archive's years-long length is unknown, not summed or sorted by
YouTube reports a 24/7 stream's archive with the years it has run (prod: 122,962,914 s), and one
such video made the Watch later total read 44,073 hours. A length past a day is now no length
(`Video.length_seconds`, LENGTH_MAX_S): the API sends none, the playlist and channel totals
leave it out and count it as `live_without_length` ("+N live" beside the sum), and the duration
filter, sort and Home budget never match it. Migration 0117 moves the duration sort indexes onto
the length expression. An AST test holds who may still read the raw column.

The migration 0110 test now ends its read before the way down: 0117 builds an index
CONCURRENTLY there, which waited for that open transaction forever.

peter b04b51c909 fix(search): every related and live-search request takes a slot, and a failed one gives it back
A related list's cursor cost nothing, and a cursor is a free string: a replayed one read and
enriched without end. Every request now takes a slot of the user's daily cap — taken under a lock
before the work (`quota.claim_action`), so requests sent together cannot all pass the last free
one, and given back when the request fails outright (`quota.refund_action`). The live search's
scrape source takes its slots the same way.

A limit of 0 turns the feature off: a distinct 409 `related_disabled` / `search_disabled`, and
`/api/me` says `related_enabled` / `search_enabled` so the UI can leave it out.

A videos.list that fails no longer reads as an empty page: `ingest_candidates` raises, and the
search and the related list answer the refusal (the shared budget spent says "quota") instead of
"no results". The two routes' page loops are one (`_gather`).

`clear` deletes only what the caller found: a related list's rows carry no find, and any user
could name them.

peter 686c673fb2 feat(player): a video's related videos, on demand beside it
The player shows what YouTube lists beside the video, without what the
user has watched or hidden. Wide, a Related tab beside the description;
stacked, a button beside the info opens them in a drawer. A row plays in
the same player (Back returns) and the list stays the opened video's.
A switch picks on-topic or Hungarian-trending lists, kept on the account.

Each related row says whether the user follows its channel; the row is
the video card's narrow form with its whole menu. VideoMenu moves to
features/video, where the player can reach it.

peter bc8fe2cc6c fix(catalog): a follow from YouTube keeps an explored channel, and the list counts only what can come
A subscription pulled in from YouTube left an explored channel flagged as an exploration's, so its
later videos came in hidden from the Library with their watched marks waiting for good; a subscribe
landing while an exploration's videos came in left those flagged too. One step, settle_explored,
now holds the rule by who follows the channel now: the subscribe here, the subscription import, the
watched-channel videos and the explore page all end with it. Migration 0116 clears what the gap
left behind.

The list's "may still grow" count no longer counts a channel it already shows from a stub row, and
the comments on the cleanup's keep rule and on the in-memory daily shares say what they do.

peter 5229fd96be refactor(catalog): the HTTP layer reads through queries and writes through the service
Channels, search and sync do no database work in their routes any more: reads go through
catalog/queries, writes through catalog/service, and a live search's ingest is catalog/search.
What a catalog route needs from Reader (a playlist's channels, a user's tag links, the feed
projection of results) it asks reader/queries and reader/service. The scheduler and the runs page
read channel titles and the work queue through catalog/queries. Catalog is fenced below its HTTP
layer: its owner filters go through userscope, it reads no other unit's tables, and its ingest
jobs commit only where they are named.

peter 238e6f8a61 refactor(catalog): the unit's tables move into catalog/models
Channel, Subscription, Video, SearchFind, ExploredChannel and BlockedChannel (and LIVE_OR_UPCOMING)
leave app/models.py for app/catalog/models.py; app.tables registers them. The User↔Subscription
relationship names its other side as a type only. No schema change.
