peter ab873bbcaa feat(theme): R10 S2 — re-close the rem system (px-frozen labels/chrome -> rem)
The ~124 px-frozen text-[Npx] labels didn't track the Settings font-scale slider
while their rem-sized neighbours did. Add text-2xs (0.6875rem) / text-3xs
(0.625rem) font-size-ONLY tokens (no paired line-height -> matches the arbitrary
they replace, zero vertical-rhythm shift) and codemod every text-[Npx] to a rem
class (rare 8/9/12/13px -> rem arbitraries).

Also: --hdr-h 68px -> 4.25rem so header content clears the rem-sized pills at
scale 1.3 instead of sliding under; NavSidebar/SidePanel slot widths + their
icon/badge px sizes go rem so the rails keep pace with their (now-scaling)
labels; a w-24/h-[54px] thumb -> h-13.5 to preserve 16:9 at scale. Media
thumbnails, page-width caps and fixed container widths deliberately stay px.

Verified via getComputedStyle at scale 1.06/1.3: text-2xs 11.66->14.3px, header
clearance 72->88px, nav slot 246->302px — all scale proportionally.

peter 70bda98868 build(deps): migrate Tailwind CSS v3.4 → v4
Root-fixes the opacity-modifier seed bug behind R10 S0: the theme colors were
bare `var(--x)` hex with no <alpha-value>, so `bg-accent/40`, `ring-accent/40`,
`border-border/60`, `text-muted/70`, … (~99 sites across 45 files) emitted no
CSS rule at all — latent no-ops. v4 implements the opacity modifier via
`color-mix`, so the modifier now works with the existing hex vars, no per-scheme
token duplication needed.

- `npx @tailwindcss/upgrade`: `@tailwind` directives → `@import "tailwindcss"`,
JS config → CSS `@theme` (colors, --font-sans, the z-index tokens preserved),
  classname renames (rounded/shadow/blur scale, outline-none→outline-hidden,
  ring→ring-2) across 56 files; PostCSS plugin → @tailwindcss/postcss,
autoprefixer removed (v4 prefixes for you).
- `@theme` → `@theme inline` (load-bearing): the color vars are redefined at
runtime under html[data-scheme]/[data-theme]; inline resolves them at the use
site so per-scheme opacity tints track the active scheme (the shadcn v4 pattern).
- Revert one codemod false-positive: it rewrote the English word "rounded" →
  "rounded-sm" inside a releaseNotes.ts prose sentence.

Gate green: tsc(app+node) / eslint 0-err / prettier / vitest 79 / knip.
Verified in-browser: bg-accent/15 now computes a scheme-tracking color at 0.15
alpha across all 6 schemes × 2 themes; the hand-rolled glass border/shadow/
radius/backdrop-filter render unchanged under v4.

peter dea63d8fd2 refactor(format): hoist the relative-time tiers and lock their invariants
Review follow-ups on the tier-shift fix. The table moves to a module-level
RELATIVE_UNITS: it is constant, so rebuilding it per call was pure garbage on
a path that runs once per rendered timestamp across a virtualized feed.

Its ascending order is load-bearing and was unstated — sorting it largest-first
would make every timestamp under a year read "just now", silently, the same
shape as the bug this branch fixes. It is now documented and asserted, and the
suite derives its tier coverage and translation checks from the table itself
rather than from its own case list, so a new tier cannot slip in uncovered.

The audit log read the empty string for an unreadable date as a value and
rendered a blank cell; it now uses the `|| "—"` idiom the channel table
already uses, so missing and unreadable dates look alike.

peter 7e88b0af0c fix(audit): wrap long audit details instead of truncating
A `truncate` (nowrap) cell in the auto-layout DataTable sizes the whole table to
its widest row, so one long summary/change stretched the table past the card and
the row rules bled into the page. break-words keeps every row inside the card.

peter 911f5100d8 feat(audit): admin audit log (Notification P3)
Append-only who/what/when trail for admin actions + scheduler run summaries,
generalizing QuotaEvent. Logged at ACTION / run-summary granularity — never
per-row (a scheduler run touching thousands of videos is ONE row).

Backend:
- migration 0054_audit_log + AuditLog model (actor_id FK SET NULL, action,
  target_type/id, summary, before/after JSON, created_at).
- app/audit.py: AuditAction constants (single source of truth, i18n'd on the
client) + record() (adds to the caller's txn) + gc(retention_days).
- producers wired: role change / suspend / delete / invite approve-deny-add /
  demo add-remove-reset / discovery purge (admin.py); config set/reset — secret
VALUES never logged, key only (config.py); scheduler interval + maintenance
tune (scheduler routes); sync pause/resume (sync.py); and the scheduler _job()
choke point writes ONE run-summary row per run — manual runs + errors always,
automatic runs only when they changed something (no no-op-poll spam).
- retention: audit_gc scheduler job prunes rows older than audit_retention_days
  (sysconfig, default 180; 0 = keep forever).
- admin API routes/audit.py (/api/admin/audit): recent-window list (actor emails
resolved, System for background) + clear (leaves one tamper-evidence row).

Frontend:
- new admin-only "Audit log" nav page (ScrollText) using the shared DataTable
(first admin page to reuse it) — sort/filter/paginate/persist, action select
filter, actor text filter, before→after detail, Clear-all with confirm.
- AuditLog.tsx + auditColumns.tsx + api.adminAudit/clearAudit + AuditRow type.
- trilingual audit + auditActions namespaces (HU/EN/DE) + nav + config-group +
scheduler job labels; Audit config group (retention days).
