peter e5b155ada9 refactor(ui): reuse the store, media-query and deleted-tag rules the review found rebuilt, and name a loading pick
E32 review round 1 (F3–F6).

- Channels' open-row store and the chat dock use lib/store's createStore instead of a hand-rolled
listener set (the chat dock gets a test of its own).
- The Plex backdrop reads prefers-reduced-motion through useMediaQuery; the query string is one
constant (REDUCED_MOTION) for the hook and the carousel's one-off read.
- A link-restored collection filter showed its raw rating_key in the picker while the titles
loaded: usePlexCollectionTitles now says it is pending, the picker draws a placeholder
(labelsPending, as the channel picker does) and so does the chip row.
- The "deleted tag" rule was written twice with two i18n keys and had drifted: the channel manager
showed NO chip for a pick while the tag list loaded, or ever after a failed load, while the pick
still narrowed the table. One rule now (lib/tagPicks), one key (common.deletedTag); the manager's
row shows every pick, as a placeholder while loading and as its id after a failure.

peter e257e2aca0 style(frontend): Prettier config + one-time repo-wide format pass
Prettier 3 (pinned), printWidth 100, double quotes — chosen to match the existing
hand-formatting and minimise reflow. This commit is ONLY the mechanical format pass
(`prettier --write`) plus the config/ignore/scripts, isolated so it never pollutes a
feature diff. Verified behaviour-neutral: typecheck, eslint (0 errors), and vitest
all green before and after. See .git-blame-ignore-revs — `git blame` skips this sha.

peter c0f9ce732c fix(messages-ui): surface silent send failures, stop scroll/render churn (+cleanup)
- ChatThread send had no onError: a 404 (recipient gone) or 429 (rate-limited)
send failed silently (api.req shows no modal for those "caller-handled" statuses).
  Added onError → toast for 404/429 (400/409/500 already raise the global dialog);
draft is kept for retry. New trilingual messages.sendFailed key.
- ChatThread scroll-to-bottom effect keyed on `plain` too, so every 20s poll's
decrypt pass yanked a scrolled-up reader back to the bottom. Key on items.length.
- ChatThread + Messages decrypt effects keyed on `items` (a fresh `?? []` array
every render) → a render storm while loading. Key on q.dataUpdatedAt.
- chatDock.ts: use LS.chatDock(userId) instead of the bare "siftlode.chatDock.*"
literal (matches the storage LS registry).

tsc green, re-review clean, localdev boots, Messages renders (locked-state) w/o console errors.

peter 44e9e33354 feat(messages): auto-open/flash dock on incoming + persist dock across reload
The live-message push now carries both parties, so an incoming message opens
that conversation's dock window if it's closed, or flashes it once if it's
already open (expanded or minimised, without disturbing the minimised state) —
only for messages from someone else, never your own echo.

Dock state (open windows + minimised state) is persisted per user, so a reload
restores exactly what was open, minimised, or closed.

peter 91522d9689 feat(messages): standalone Messages module + floating chat dock
Move messaging out of the notification center into its own left-nav module
(own page, own unread badge), so a reload returns to it and notifications stay
separate. Add a Messenger-style floating dock (bottom-right): pop a conversation
out from the page, keep chatting across navigation, minimise (rollup) or close.

- Messages is now a routed page; NotificationsPanel reverts to inbox-only and the
nav badge no longer mixes in messages.
- Extract shared KeyGate + ChatThread (used by both the page and dock windows);
e2ee exposes a shared unlock subscription so page and dock agree.
- ChatDock (always mounted for human users) owns the app-wide live-message
subscription and per-device key restore. EN/HU/DE strings.
