peter 5b846136ad fix(catalog): a 24/7 stream archive's years-long length is unknown, not summed or sorted by
YouTube reports a 24/7 stream's archive with the years it has run (prod: 122,962,914 s), and one
such video made the Watch later total read 44,073 hours. A length past a day is now no length
(`Video.length_seconds`, LENGTH_MAX_S): the API sends none, the playlist and channel totals
leave it out and count it as `live_without_length` ("+N live" beside the sum), and the duration
filter, sort and Home budget never match it. Migration 0117 moves the duration sort indexes onto
the length expression. An AST test holds who may still read the raw column.

The migration 0110 test now ends its read before the way down: 0117 builds an index
CONCURRENTLY there, which waited for that open transaction forever.

peter 686c673fb2 feat(player): a video's related videos, on demand beside it
The player shows what YouTube lists beside the video, without what the
user has watched or hidden. Wide, a Related tab beside the description;
stacked, a button beside the info opens them in a drawer. A row plays in
the same player (Back returns) and the list stays the opened video's.
A switch picks on-topic or Hungarian-trending lists, kept on the account.

Each related row says whether the user follows its channel; the row is
the video card's narrow form with its whole menu. VideoMenu moves to
features/video, where the player can reach it.

peter 5229fd96be refactor(catalog): the HTTP layer reads through queries and writes through the service
Channels, search and sync do no database work in their routes any more: reads go through
catalog/queries, writes through catalog/service, and a live search's ingest is catalog/search.
What a catalog route needs from Reader (a playlist's channels, a user's tag links, the feed
projection of results) it asks reader/queries and reader/service. The scheduler and the runs page
read channel titles and the work queue through catalog/queries. Catalog is fenced below its HTTP
layer: its owner filters go through userscope, it reads no other unit's tables, and its ingest
jobs commit only where they are named.
